Drivers must be over 26yrs of age, with a full UK or European driving license, which must be held for over 2years. There are no further costs for additional drivers, who must also be over 26yrs old. Copies of passport also required.

Your car will be provided with an amount of fuel and must be returned with the same.

Our premium cars are all covered fully comp with a €500 excess, our economy cars are third party only, covered in the case of fire and theft only.

A fee of €100 will be charged to cover vehicle recovery and key replacement.

No smoking is permitted in our vehicles, please do not carry pets or animals without cleaning up after them, No Off roading. An extra charge of €75 is payable if the vehicle requires a professional valet.

You will be liable to pay for any parking, speeding or other fines during your hire period. As these would be received by us after your stay, all fines will be forwarded on to you when applicable.

The longer you hire one of our vehicles the cheaper your daily charge will be, complete the form for your quote today. There is a minimum three day hire.

Traffic violations, parking charges and any breaches of the law are the drivers responsibility, and must be dealt with by the driver during, or after your lease.
In the event of an accident, you must notify us immediately. You must take full details of any other parties involved, claim no responsibility for the accident. Do not abandon the vehicle, and inform the police using their number 112. An accident form is in the glove box of your vehicle, and must be completed at the time.
Do not leave mainland Spain with the vehicle, nor use off road or on track.
If the vehicle is not returned in the same condition it was collected the leasee could be responsible for a full valet at €50 and any additional repairs not covered, under the insurance, accordingly e.g. tyre/rim damage, clutch damage, punctures and blowouts.
The vehicle hired to the hirer shall be the sole responsibility of the hire for duration of the rental period of the rental agreement contract, the following applies to all rentals:
Only those named on the rental agreement have permission to drive the vehicle.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to transport goods.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to tow other vehicles.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to participate in races, competitions or challenges.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs or any other cause which may impair the ability to drive the car in a correct manner.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to transport more passengers than law allows.
